Here’s a series of photos of monster Coahuila deer taken in Mexico. These were sent to me via email. They were probably taken off an outfitter’s website. If you know any details, please share in the comments section.

Playful Deer on the South Fork of the Snake River
Don’t you just love nature? Not something you see too often out here.
Scott Nelson and his Sons were fishing Saturday when this small Whitetail fawn approached them on the South fork of the Snake River. It must have spent the summer bumming from campers or maybe one the home owners in the lower canyon was feeding it so it lost its fear of humans.
This is without question the “Catch of the Year”.

Antler Lockup Results in Deer Drowning
Antler lockups happen when two bucks square off and battle for supremecy. It occurs quite often and usually results in death for but sometimes just for one.
Check out these photos from the Palmer Course at La Cantera near San Antonio, Texas. The superintendent had an unusual surprise waiting for him one recent morning.
Likewise, check out all the unusual lockups by clicking the category at left. There is an unusual post of Elk being locked, of one buck surviving while his opponent is eaten by other critters and even a post showing a rancher dislodging two tangled up bucks by shooting off one of the antlers. Good stuff.

6 Legged Fawn
Here is a photo of a six legged fawn.
“This fawn was found in my home state of Georiga near Atlanta, it was found after a home owner saw two dogs attacking it.
The fawn has two distinct pelvises and uses one leg from each to walk.
It also had two tails, but one was amputated because of the injuries it suffered during the attack.”
Thanks, Hunter.

Black Whitetail
Huh? That’s correct. A BLACK Whitetail.
OK, this animal has a condition named melanism. Melanism is the opposite of albinism. Where albinism is a condition where the animals has less pigmentation, melanism is an condition where the animal has excess pigmentation or melanin.
Here are some posts of some beautiful albino animals including twin deer.
Black Whitetail Thanks, Hunter.
