Check out this video taken from a quadcopter. The audio is pretty entertaining, too. The guys seem way too excited about running into nature.

Mountain Lion tries to enter a Casino in Reno Nevada
I love Mountain Lions. They are the last of the great cats that still roam free in the United States. You see Bobcats in Texas all the time but Mountain Lions are rare. Here’s one the tried to enter a casino looking for a mate perhaps or maybe a meal at the free buffet.
Check out the video of the release here.
Unfortunately, if they get to comfortable around humans and civilization they are often euthanized for public safety concerns.

Albino Hummingbird
A Rare treat… an albino hummingbird. Something that is seldom seen and almost NEVER photographed.
Fifteen-year-old photographer Marlin Shank was fortunate enough to capture several images of a rare albino ruby-throated hummingbird while in a park in Staunton, Va.
This is another example of albinism. Where albinism is a condition where the animals has less than normal pigmentation, melanism is a condition where the animal has more than normal pigmentation or melanin.
Check out other posts here for other beautiful examples.

Humpback Whales Feeding in Shallow Water
Bill Bouton, a retired high school biology teacher, was on an unsuccessful outing to photograph birds in San Luis Obispo, California, when he happened upon a breathtaking sight beneath the skyline: a pod of humpback whales feeding in shallow water.
The 69-year-old captured one of the enormous mammals breaching the surface while feeding on a “bait ball,” a dense mass of sardines that forms to ward off predators. But the defense mechanism just seemed to be attracting more hungry creatures, Bouton said, as hundreds of pelicans and seagulls were diving in the water and flying up again.
