Here are a couple of massive mule deer sent to me recently.
This one reportedly taken in Nebraska
This one taken in Maine
Thanks, Hunter.

these are not mule deer they are actually north american whitetail, but very very very overweight
I knew that was wrong when I read it. Thanks for the correction.
Yeah, mule deer don’t even live in Maine, though I suppose there may be a farm with them somewhere.
i sent the email of the photos and put some info but forgot to tell the species stupid me =/
Name one ranch out there that actually has mule deer on them. I have not heard of any because mule deer just cant be ranched. They are strictly *WILD* and are so habit formed that when fish and game have moved them to another location they will starve themselves rather than eat or drink in a new area.
Can we say – PHOTOSHOP!!!
Im just curious why every pic on here at least one person has to say its photoshopped. If people actually got off the couch and outdoors, you might actually see something like this. Ive seen massive deer and moose. Ive seen piebald deer, albino deer. just because you havent seen one before doesnt mean its fake, good gosh.
Actually Hunter7 they cant be farmed and they actually arent that picky whoever told u that was wrong. They can be high fenced. I personaly dont like high fences at all but the game and fish can move them and they’ll do just fine
nice deer wrong name….
The largest mule & whitetail deer on record are w/in a few pounds of each other, 450 or so pounds each. The largest I have personally seen was 257 lbs. dressed weight. That bottom animal looks like it would have been a contender for a weight record.
Im sorry but I do believe that this last photo is photoshoped. If you look around the flank, it looks like plastic. Just saying.

No, it looks like healthy fur. Healthy fur shines. I’ve shot enough deer myself, and you have no idea what you’re talking about. Wild deer that have access to high nutrition can indeed get very heavy. It’s rare, but it happens.
The last pick is a photoshop. The guy was placed in there…notice his right hand is cupped like he’s holding the antlers. The average deer takes a firm grip to hold for a pic. Anyone really think he’s holding it with his fingertips?
